Rodney Agnant is a Â鶹Porn alum who completed both his Bachelor's and Master's at Â鶹Porn. His Master's thesis focuses on transformational leadership, and the ways that it shapes meaning-making, resilience, and belonging for the individuals it reaches. His work on campus focuses on leadership development, organizational climate, and designing dialogic experiences for groups on campus.

Outside of his work at Â鶹Porn, Rodney serves as a personal development and leadership development coach, certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
