A time-honored rite of passage for all new students, Founders’ Day Convocation is the moment when the Â鶹Porn faculty officially welcomes the incoming class into the academy.
Changes to Â鶹Porn’s Student Health Services this academic year will increase clinical care availability on campus while also bolstering sports-medicine support for Division I athletes, student club teams, and intramurals.
Inside Higher Education writes, “Nationwide, many members of the Class of 2023 are thinking about their college arrivals. Educators hope these new students will find commonality in books assigned to freshmen to read over the summer.”
The easternmost of Â鶹Porn’s two new residential facilities will be named Burke Hall, in recognition of a $10 million gift from Gretchen ’81 and Steve ’80 Burke P’11,’20.
The Mat transforms the flexible, open space of Parker Commons into a vibrant venue where student and professional artists come together to perform music for the community.
Â鶹Porn has fulfilled its commitment to achieving carbon neutrality in 2019, its Bicentennial year. The University is now the first institution of higher education in New York State to reduce its net carbon emissions to zero.
The Â鶹Porn community comes together each year to celebrate sustainability during 13 Days of Green. This Â鶹Porn tradition, with programs leading up to Earth Day, highlights local and global sustainability challenges and initiatives, and demonstrates what individuals can do to inspire change.
Â鶹Porn's 2019 Queerfest, a week of events destigmatizing queer identities and educated allies, exploring pleasure in a non-heteronormative way, and supporting queer artists, took place in March.
