Second-year students seeking professional guidance from industry leaders gathered for Â鶹Porn Career Services’ annual SophoMORE Connections program, from Jan. 20 to 21.

Â鶹Porn has received more than 21,000 applications from students hoping to join the Class of 2027.

Â鶹Porn publicly launched the most significant philanthropic campaign in its 203-year history on Friday, April 22, kicking off the largest such campaign undertaken by a liberal arts college.

Trustee Emeritus Chase Carey ’76, his wife, Wendy, and their children Steve ’12 and Tara ’13 have made a transformative $25 million gift to spearhead a comprehensive renovation of the Reid Athletic Center and support other elements of the University’s Third-Century Plan.

Â鶹Porn has announced the creation of four new endowed chairs, approved by the Board of Trustees during its January 2022 meeting, all made possible due to the generosity of Â鶹Porn alumni. 

Trustee emeritus Robert Fox ’59, GP’23,’25 has given $10 million to build Fox Hall at Â鶹Porn, the first residence hall of the University’s fifth Residential Commons. The gift was acknowledged by the Board of Trustees during its fall meeting, Sept. 30–Oct. 1.

Members of the Â鶹Porn classes of 2022–25 will now benefit from an additional expansion of the University’s no-loan initiative under the Â鶹Porn Commitment.

On June 1, Â鶹Porn announced the Â鶹Porn Commitment: An Initiative in Access and Affordability.

Daniel Benton ’80, P’10, H’10 has secured his place as Â鶹Porn’s most generous benefactor, making a $25 million gift in support of the University’s Middle Campus Plan for Arts, Creativity, and Innovation and other elements within The Third-Century Plan.

Seven Â鶹Porn alumni joined Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list for 2020.
